Is the standart program for accessing almost all SAP solution.

3.  Variants of SAP GUI ?
these variant are all graphically equivalent, but adapted for use in different enviroments.

4. /nex on command field ?
End the logon session without a confirmation popup windows .

5. Log on process ?
Step 1 : click on the shortcut icon SAP Log on from the desktop and the Log on pad will open.
Step 2 : click on the Log on button.
Step 3 : In the Initial Screen you have enter the Client code, Username, password and language if applicable.

6. Information for Log on SAP? 
Client, Username, Password.

7. There are two ways to open two SAP system ?
Using multiple logons or using multiple sessions.

8. Command when doing multiple Log ?
Continue with this logon and end any other logons of this user system.

9. How to personalize the user interface ?
v  Change the layout of the SAP Easy Access screen
v  Track your input history to provide input help
v  Display status messages in a pop-up window instead of the status bar
v  Set preferences for how data displays 
v  Adjust the color and behavior of the screens and fields.

10. Layout SAP Easy Access screen  ?
 The SAP Easy screen is default initial screen in SAP System. The left side of the screen contains a tree hierarchy of the menus available to you in the SAP system.

v  Release notes : this displays notes that describe functional changes thet occur between SAP sytem releases.
v  Feedback : enables you to send a massage to the SAPNet front-end, the SAPservice system
v  Setting : enable you to select setting for help.

Application help , SAP library, glossary, release notes, SAPnet, feedback, settings, F1, F4.

15. Explanation F1 F4 ?
v  F1 : use F1 help on field , menus, fucntion, and massage. F1 help also provides technical information an the relevant field, icluding, for example, the parameter ID which you can use to assing values to field for your user
v  F4 : use F4 for information about what values can be entered, you can access F4 help for sellected field using the button immediately to the right of that field, if input field are marked with a smal check mark icon, then you can only continue in that application by entering a primitted value

Cancels the current transactions.

Displays an overview of sessions
